screw pump for transporting juice and water,specially suit for liquid with thick fiber and stick material

compose by conveying through,spiral shaft,screw of eccentric spiral(also called as rotor) and screw bush with its surfase displaying doule-line spiral surface(also called as stator).

working principle is:when the motor drives the spiral shaft to rotate,the medium will be compulsorily pushed in under the spiral effect and enter into the sealing cavity formed by the screw and screw bush.every time when the screw rotate for one cycle,the liquid in the sealing cavity will move forwards for one screw pitch,with the continuous rotation of the screw,the liquid will be pressed from one sealing cavity to another in the spiral form and be finally extruded outside the pump body.
